Have you or someone you know become pregnant after a tubal litigation or vasectomy?

I have to female cousins who had their last pregnancies AFTER their husbands had vasectomies. However, it was not because the vasectomies had failed it was just that in both cases they had failed to use some other form of BC until they had "cleared the lines" so to speak.
