Skip beat - when does the anime leave off in the manga?

I really want to read Skip Beat but I dont want to reread what I saw in the anime, can someone tell me what chapter it is? If the manga is really different ill reread it, but if there are only a few differences than can you also tell me the chapters the anime skipped? Thnx!
